Newsworthy-ish

I keep seeing this headline, "Wal-Mart Courts Wealthier Customers." Legitimate recession-survival tactic aside, I couldn't suppress a giggle. Do they mean these folks?

Hee hee! I'm glad I'm not the only one that taunts Walmart. I mean, I love Target, but it's a rare day that I will actually set foot in Walmart, and when I do, I usually regret it. Yes, I'm snobby, but admitting it is half the battle.

That is too funny! I too loathe Walmart, and am a Target girl at heart. I do from time to time begrudgingly shop Walmart when Target just doesn't have what I need.

that is so giggly worthy! walmart freaks me out... only go there about once a year for no ad sunscreen because it is the only place around here that carries it!

My hubby & i were just discussing this topic this morning after purchasing a new printer at the local Wal-Mart here in Lexington. He explained that WM employees are not union members & that just rubs the Dems. the wrong way.
Wealthier folks are shopping there more often which just makes more $$$ for Wal-Mart which also rubs the Dems.the wrong way. Heard that WM is getting ready to make their stores more prettiful for all of us. Thats nice don't you think?
Oh my lord this is the first time I have ever written a political comment. I do feel better though.
Great blog, i look forward to following along.
