R.M.D.

Still up. Still lit.

I am the Redneck Moment of the Day.

Mother Lipstick is blushing and Nonna is saying, "oh, Sweetie! Take that tree down!" I will...but it's gonna make me sad.

ETA: Oh and by the way, the tree with the colored lights in my foyer...it's still up too.

Oh, sweetie, I knew this was going to happen this year. By the way our neighbor left hers up and put birds all over it. But I don't recommend that for you. That would be a dusting nightmare

I'd have left mine up too if it looked that beautiful! Mine was nearly destroyed by the two-year-old, so it had to go.

Ha! All my decorations are still up too. I've been lagging on buying a new crate to store the new stuff in. After reading this post, I figure it's about that time!

I take mine down the day of NYE because I cannot stand to have it up on January 1st. But it's actually not redneck to keep it up until January 6th, which is Epiphany. Many religious people leave it up until then. Let that be your excuse!

Don't sweat it...the 12 days of Christmas were just over yesterday! That's my excuse and I am sticking to it!!!

But it's SO PRETTY. If mine looked that good I might have left it up.

Oh, this is perfect! We love it! True Story: when growing up there were times the tree wasn't down until after Valentine's Day.

Oh, good, I'm not the only one. And ours is only coming down this weekend because Dear Husband is tired of looking at it.

Been stalking your blog for while now! It's a fun read. :)

Oh I'd keep mine up all through January if I could! It's the hubby who takes it down...but ours was still up till January 4th.

I can beat you with a redneck moment of mine. I took BabyGirl to Walmart...in her pajamas. I even took a pic to post but I may scare away my readers who think I'm preppy. Lol.

Your tree was not up too long at all. You were keeping it up to celebrate Epiphany which was on the 6th! You just did not know it. :)
