Y'all don't know how hilarious this is... I used to work for a liquor distributor. Wonderful perk - all the free wine you can stand. Not so wonderful perk - all the San Pelligrino water they can throw at you; along the same lines of Perrier. You should have seen my face the first time I drank the *'spensive water*... YUCK! Doesn't matter - plain, lemon flavored... It all sucks...
I prefer to call it ass water, because that's probably as close as it would get. My husband when through a huge Perrier phase, and I could have gagged.
You're hilarious! In our house, DH is a huge fan of selzter water, or as the MH calls it "bubbly water". she always has a little glass with dinner and feels all special being just like her daddy! I really have to be in the mood to drink "soda" that doesn't taste like anything. It's weird. If I'm really thirsty, and it's nice and cold, I do enjoy the lemon, orange, or raspberry-lime flavor!

This last weekend, I had to go on a company outing and my bosses like the "fancy" things, including Perrier (for being "fancy" it sure tastes like crap) - and I gotta say, that stuff honestly just makes me gag. Alka-Seltzer is right!! Gross.

You are so right - I only drink it when I am sick so I guess it could go for both Alka Seltzer or Goody's Headache Powder.
That's not redneck !!! You just say it as it is - all carbonated water tastes like alka seltzer, which reminds me of a hangover, which is NOT GOOD. :)

ugh thats like the only thing my mom drinks and i think it tastes HORRIBLE!
