I have to start this breakfast night thing... its actually one thing I know how to cook, and guaranteed not to come out of a can :)

LOL...I highly endorse the concept of a regularly scheduled Breakfast Night. Is the package the Pillsbury rolls come in technically considered a can?

r loves breakfast night! I make this spanish eggs dish and toast. The eggs have bacon AND sausage in them, small quantities of both but enough to get protein, and hashbrowns.

YUMMILICIOUS!

We have omelettes when it is 6pm and nobody has been fed and I have nothing planned. Open a can of biscuits and Ouila! dinner is served. The best.
I just read your post from yesterday and it sounds very similar from mine today. Good Lord it is hot!

God love breakfast night. It's the best and we always felt like it was a special "playin' hooky" kind of night when we had it.

We still do. It just has a special air about it, it may just be the break in routine, I don't really know why, but we love it on the rare times we do it.
