OH MY GOSH.... This makes my blood BOIL OVER. You know you're going to have to tell me who sent this to you. Email me if you have to. I didn't see it on the site... Did they witness this? **blood boiling** I have nothing else to say on the matter. It's disgusting. Disgusting, I say...

I just recently found your blog and I wanted to tell you that you have a beautiful way with words. Your tales of this building made me, who has never even seen it, tear up a little bit about it. It is a such shame that it couldn't be saved because not only was a beautiful, historic landmark(?) but it obviously held such a special place in so many hearts.

Hey Momx2...thanks for the comment. I love comments...

Anyway, this building is where I went to high school. It was built in 1912. The board decided to demolish it to build something new. There are many sad and angry alumni.

Thanks, Lipstick, for giving some background. I'm new here (Hi! and thanks for visiting me!) and I was all "what the f is this?" I hate it when old buildings are destroyed. I was a history major in college and LOVE visiting old places. So much history and love and learning happened there (probably some hate too, but I like to forget bad memories). I'm sorry for your loss!

Oh Miss Mom....

S***. You know where I am on this one and I'm sorry to see the photos. Even when you know it's coming, it s****.

Seems I'm speaking in a most unPrincesslike manner, wonder why? (Oh God, here we go again: "Bitter, party of one!") Since I can't seem to construct a complete sentence without using a bad word, guess it's time for me to go.

Sending a cyberhug,
TP

My elementary school was the same school that my father went to. It was a high school then and he graduated from it, I went 1st thru 6th there. It was also recently torn down and it made me a little sad that I can't show my children where mommy went to school at for so many years
